Do I get warranty with my door?

All doors are manufactured using the highest quality materials and installed by very experienced engineers. Because of that we offer 3 years warranty for all doors that we fit which covers any fault or issues which is not caused by the customer.

How do i measure the door size correctly?

We only need a rough measure to provide a quote. Once accepted, we can either attend to do a full site survey or we can instruct you on the measure over the telephone.

How long does it take to get my door?

We aim to have your door made and installed within 3-5 days of confirmation of the order. We can accelerate this if required for example where there is a security risk.

What happens if I have an issue with my existing door?

We offer 24/7 emergency call out to help you gain access to or secure your property. If parts are required, we can arrange to return to site once the initial issue has been resolved.

How can I be sure I'm getting the best value?

We aim to provide the best value quotes but will beat any written quote for a like for like product.

What happens if I have a power cut and my door is electric?

All powered doors come with a manual override facility meaning you are always able to gain access or secure the property even without power.
